Responsible Gambling
Our Commitment
At Top Spin Hub, we are committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a fun and entertaining activity, and we take our responsibility seriously to help prevent problem gambling and protect vulnerable individuals.
All casino operators featured on our platform are licensed and regulated by recognised international authorities such as the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). Ireland's own Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) is now overseeing the transition to a new Irish licensing regime, and all operators serving Irish customers will be required to hold GRAI licences by July 2026.
Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone. Here are some warning signs to watch for:
- Spending more money or time on gambling than you can afford
- Chasing losses or gambling to win back money you have lost
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Neglecting work, education, or family responsibilities due to gambling
- Feeling anxious, stressed, or irritable when not gambling
- Lying to family or friends about how much you gamble
- Gambling to escape problems or relieve feelings of helplessness or depression
- Needing to gamble with increasing amounts to achieve the same excitement
If you recognise any of these behaviours in yourself or someone you know, we urge you to seek help immediately.
Tips for Staying in Control

All licensed operators featured on Top Spin Hub are required to offer self-exclusion options. These tools allow you to:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
- Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for a given period
- Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can play in a single session
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks)
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block yourself from accessing gambling services
- Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing
Contact the casino operator directly to activate any of these tools on your account.

Strictly 18+ Only
Gambling is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 in Ireland. All operators listed on this site are required to verify the age of their customers. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to block access to gambling sites.

Gambling Regulation in Ireland
The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) is the statutory body responsible for the regulation of gambling in Ireland under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024. The GRAI began accepting licence applications in February 2026, and all remote (online) operators must hold a GRAI licence by July 1, 2026.
All operators featured on Top Spin Hub are currently licensed by recognised international authorities (such as the MGA and UKGC) and are available to Irish players. We verify the licensing status of every operator before listing them on our platform and will update listings as operators obtain their GRAI licences.
For more information about gambling regulation in Ireland, visit www.grai.ie.
